What You’ll Achieve
As the Senior Director for Client Management in the Travel Vertical at Epsilon, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by becoming a trusted partner to our clients. Your primary objective will be to foster win/win outcomes that significantly enhance revenue growth for Epsilon PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and business acumen, you will identify client needs and tailor Epsilon’s advanced digital media solutions to achieve their goals.
You will lead internal teams in crafting and delivering customized, objective-based solutions, ensuring that our offerings are both innovative and aligned with client priorities. By maintaining a high level of consultative engagement, you will facilitate effective day-to-day management of client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across strategy, marketing, analytics, legal, compliance, and decision-makers within client organizations.
Your role will involve a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to address client needs in meaningful ways. You will negotiate effectively with client decision-makers to secure positive outcomes and develop a strategic roadmap for client success, ultimately becoming their trusted advisor.
Additionally, you will focus on developing internal talent to support robust client outcomes and satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the growth and trust essential for long-term client relationships, ensuring that Epsilon’s PeopleCloud Digital Media Solutions consistently deliver exceptional results.

- Client Partnership: Establish and nurture deep relationships with key stakeholders across the client's organization, including strategy, marketing, analytics, legal, and compliance teams. Position yourself as a trusted advisor, creating win/win outcomes that align Epsilon’s solutions with the client’s business objectives.
- Strategic Solution Delivery: Lead internal teams in developing and delivering objective-based solutions that address the client’s most compelling priorities. Utilize Epsilon’s comprehensive digital media solutions—encompassing programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio—to craft customized sales strategies that meet client needs and drive growth.
- Consultative Approach: Apply your business acumen to understand client needs and market trends. Use this insight to offer creative and consultative solutions that are both competitive and meaningful, ensuring that Epsilon remains at the forefront of digital media innovation.
- Account Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues. Facilitate effective internal and external communication to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Market Insight and Negotiation: Quickly assimilate the client’s industry landscape and emerging trends. Negotiate with key decision-makers and influencers to achieve favorable outcomes for both Epsilon and the client, driving mutual success.
- Roadmap for Success: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap that fosters client satisfaction, growth, and trust. Work to become the client’s trusted advisor by continuously delivering value and aligning Epsilon’s solutions with their evolving needs.
- Talent Development: Mentor and develop internal talent to enhance the team’s capabilities and ensure the delivery of outstanding results. Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Why you might stand out from other talent:
- Experience: Over 10 years of professional sales and marketing experience, with a preference for team management or leadership roles.
- Client Management: Proven experience in client management or sales, with expertise in ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency environments.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting. Ability to leverage this knowledge to formulate and execute effective strategies.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive in identifying opportunities, new business prospects, and market gaps without requiring constant supervision.
- Consultative Sales: Comfort and experience with consultative sales and solution selling approaches.
- Strategic Planning: Strong business and strategic planning skills, with a solid quantitative background and proficiency in analytic tools and techniques.
- Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, with a track record of creating positive outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
- Communication: Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
- Education: BA/BS degree preferred, with a strong academic record; MBA is a plus.
