**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the vehicle sales process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

**Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of finance and insurance transactions for vehicle sales - Review and complete financing paperwork accurately and efficiently - Offer and sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers - Ensure compliance with all legal standards, regulations, and other finance-related laws - Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders, vendors, and insurance providers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the finance process - Collaborate with sales team to maximize profitability through upselling finance and insurance products.

 

**Experience:** - Proven experience in automotive finance, loan processing, and contract negotiation - Strong understanding of F&I procedures, credit analysis, and loan officer responsibilities - Proficiency in basic math skills for financial calculations - Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relationship management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
