Business Development Manager

MindCare Solutions, a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions for long-term care communities, is seeking a remote Business Development Manager for our expanding region. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for targeting prospective partners through strategic conversations at all levels. You will plan and execute on a sales strategy that includes generating leads, obtaining scheduled meetings, qualifying opportunities, presenting MindCare's mental health solutions, managing a sales pipeline, closing contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding of new communities. You will develop yourself as a trusted advisor by interfacing with our clinical team and coaching clients on the unique resources and solutions that MindCare offers. This role requires a candidate that can proactively hunt for qualified opportunities while being supported by warm lead generation from an inside account manager. You will need to exhibit a strong sense of urgency, an understanding of required technologies, and the commitment to achieve/exceed Key Performance Indicators.

Compensation: $60-65k base salary each year + On Target Commission of $48,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads and building connections
  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle
  • Identify and establish lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Effectively communicate with Administrators, Executive Directors, DONs, Wellness Directors, Social Workers, corporate contacts, and other individuals in long-term care communities
  • Educate potential partners on the benefits of partnering with MindCare and utilizing our team of Providers
  • Grow and manage a robust pipeline and consistently meet/exceed KPIs
  • Communicate and escalate issues internally when appropriate with clinical team
  • Represent MindCare at conferences and networking events when/if needed.
  • Availability to travel for team meetings on a as needed basis.
  • Utilize, update, and manage CRM software

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Hunter with ability to foster relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master required technologies including CRM software
  • Behavioral health experience is a plus but not required
