Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: Up to $50,000 base plus Commissions

Schedule: First Shift, Monday through Friday on site

Overtime required during high demand.

Rotating on-call responsibilities.

Primary Role: Customer Services Representative's primary role is to process customer requests with the highest level of customer care and service, provide internal support to the team and to oversee the daily schedule.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years' experience providing expert, high level customer service via various forms of communication: Telephone, text, email, social media.
  • Elevated level, professional verbal, and people skills.
  • High energy, outgoing personality with superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to collaborate with a team to achieve departmental goals. Must be dependable, honest, and cooperative.
  • Able to perform own duties to meet/exceed established metrics independently with little to no supervision.
  • Capable of making sound decisions based upon logic and reasoning.
  • Expected to be discrete when managing sensitive or confidential information.
  • Able to learn software applications and use them with proficiency, accuracy, and confidence.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
  • Geographical knowledge of our servicing area or ability to read maps.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and all other inquiries
  • Conduct post-appointment quality assurance calls for the purpose of referral opportunities and ensuring 5-star client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Accurate, dependable, and consistent data entry
  • Swiftly and professionally resolve client concerns. Escalate as needed with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner consistent with the company's integrity and values.
  • Other duties as assigned.
