We seek an exceptional Deal Desk Associate, Renewals, to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal process for our customers. You will be responsible for various renewals-related tasks, including creating quotes, ensuring accurate pricing, updating opportunities, coordinating with the legal team for contractual changes, and managing the contract signing process.
Create quotes for renewal opportunities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with pricing models.
Guide Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on pricing and quoting best practices.
Update opportunities in our CRM system to reflect renewal progress and changes.
Coordinate with the legal team to manage any contractual changes during renewal.
Prepare and send out order forms and contracts for signature, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain accurate records in our CPQ system.
Provide reminders and assistance for renewals that push beyond their renewal date, ensuring minimal disruption for our customers.
BS or equivalent education.
2+ years of Deal Desk, Order Management, and/or Customer Success experience in a high-growth SaaS Company.
Expertise in deal structuring, with the ability to advise on booking and revenue recognition implications.
Proficient in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools.
Proven success in partnering with cross-functional teams, including various go-to-market teams (Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops), Legal, and Finance.
Flexibility to work extended schedules during quarter-end cycles.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
Ability to demonstrate practical judgment in complex situations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
For New York City or Boston applicants, the pay for this role may range between $80,000 and $100,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
