About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deal Desk Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Global Controller and working closely to our Deal Desk Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Deal Desk function in processing sales deals, ensuring data accuracy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Accounting or Sales Operations and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Location:
This role will be located in our NYC office in a hybrid capacity for 3 days a week.
At Dashlane you will:
- Assist in entering and updating sales data in Salesforce, Netsuite and Dashlane's own proprietary back-office systems
- Coordinate with Accounting to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and assist in resolving any discrepancies
- Help with reviewing sales orders and contracts to ensure they meet company guidelines
- Communicate with the Sales and Accounting teams to gather necessary information for deal processing
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects
- Gain an understanding of sales processes and procedures through hands-on experience and training
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in an accounting or sales support role; preferably in a SaaS environment
Nice to haves:
- Basic accounting concepts or accounts receivable experience
- Experience with software such as Salesforce or Netsuite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions
- An eagerness to learn and ability to work well in a team
Salary Range: $20 - $25 in hourly pay (based on a 40 hour work week)
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
