Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin Our Team at Cresten PropertiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Manager. A Senior Facilities Manager holds significant responsibilities related to managing and supervising building maintenance standards. This includes maintenance oversight, budget management, leadership and supervision along with safety and security of facilities. The ability to meet organizational needs while efficiently managing facilities and resources is critical.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the various aspects of the company, including but not limited to all Maintenance team members and overall maintenance function.
  • Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term maintenance strategies to enable operating efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors within various communities.
  • Ensure property compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive relationship and timely communication with tenants.
  • Monitor maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor the physical condition and appearance of properties.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ability to analyze and respond to facility issues.
  • Implement processes to ensure the overall operational efficiency of all projects.
  • Manage various facility progress, budget status and risk management.
  • Monitor expenses and budget control.
  • Knowledge of maintenance duties including, but not limited to, general repairs, ground keeping and equipment.
  • Inspect property grounds daily to ensure a high level of attention to condition is maintained.
  • Performs other related work as assigned/required.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrating initiative, strong supervisory and organizational skills, judgment, and discretion in making independent decisions.
  • Using initiative and independent judgment within general policy guidelines and defining problem areas, analyzing data, preparing formal recommendations and carrying out solutions.
  • Troubleshooting repair problems and determining the most effective repairs and staff, materials and supplies required.
  • Recognizing and reporting safety problems and make recommendations for solutions.
  • Operating standard office equipment, including job-related computer hardware and software applications, including Microsoft Office Products.
