Responsibilities
  • Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards of quality and resident satisfaction.
  • Follow Schedules and Protocols: Adhere to established cleaning schedules and protocols, including emergency cleaning tasks, to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimal disruption to residents.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Maintain the housekeeping cart, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and organized, and assist in the inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Team: Work closely with the maintenance coordinator to ensure seamless communication and coordination of cleaning tasks and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure Resident Safety and Satisfaction: Prioritize resident safety and satisfaction, following all chemical and physical plant safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a positive experience for our residents.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications: Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications, or be willing to obtain them.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills, to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
