IPS Packaging & Automation has been providing customers across the nation with innovative packaging solutions for 48 years. As industry experts we exceed the needs of our customers by offering a plethora of packaging supplies, equipment, and services.

We are looking for a dynamic experience Sr. Staff Accountant for an onsite position in our Greenville, SC corporate office.

-5+ years of Accounting work experience

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

-Staff Accountant who is looking for growth potential and is agile with a focus on customer service

-Someone who can work independently within a team setting with cross functionality

-Has knowledge of financial statement structure and understands GL accounts and their functional inter-relationship

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-High level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel

-Analytical and numeracy skills

Responsibilities:

-Monthly reconciliation of multiple general ledger accounts

-Assist in month-end closing process

-Prepare journal entries with supporting documentation

-Support Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions
