At Hansung USA, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing accurate data input tasks, including entering product information, sales data, and customer details into our eCommerce platforms and internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter product information, sales data, and customer details into our eCommerce platforms and internal databases.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on data entry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
