Hanover Home Buyers is seeking a dynamic and personable Lead Manager to join our team. As Lead Manager, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining our CRM system, and handling administrative tasks related to lead management. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling objections with finesse, and ensuring effective follow-up with potential sellers. The successful candidate will be warm and friendly yet capable of asking incisive questions to uncover key issues with sellers. Strong organizational skills are necessary to support our acquisition team’s follow-up needs.

Position:

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle all incoming calls from potential leads with professionalism and courtesy, addressing their inquiries and directing them appropriately within the team.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for property viewings, consultations, and meetings between leads and our acquisition team.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and tracking the status of each lead through the pipeline.
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Assist in managing and executing follow-up tasks, including sending reminders and additional information to leads, to ensure timely progression through the sales process.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties related to lead management, including preparing reports, maintaining lead records, and handling documentation.
  • Objection Handling: Use effective objection-handling techniques to address and resolve concerns or hesitations from potential sellers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are effectively managed.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to build relationships, provide value, and keep them engaged throughout their decision-making process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisition team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, facilitating smooth transitions and effective lead management


Qualifications:

  • Experience in inbound lead management.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage leads effectively.
  • Strong ability to handle objections is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail in managing follow-ups and maintaining records.
  • Proven ability to ask insightful questions, identify key issues, and resolve concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Warm, approachable, and friendly demeanor with a genuine interest in helping clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Desire to grow with the company and stay in the role for the long term, contributing to ongoing success and stability.


Compensation:

  • $20.00 / hour
