Job Summary

Indian Township Solutions (ITS) is a leading provider of audiovisual systems integration and installation services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AV Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all life-cycle phases of a project, including providing accurate project documentation.
  • Load, test, and troubleshoot control systems such as AMX, Crestron, and Extron.
  • Load, test, troubleshoot, and manipulate DSP files including ClearOne, Biamp, and Extron.
  • Configure advanced AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp.
  • Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling; RJ-45, DB-9, 3.5mm, and XLR.
  • Configure video conferencing solutions from Polycom and CISCO.
  • Test, commission, troubleshoot, and diagnose various AV systems.
  • Perform site surveys and document requirements for Engineers and PMs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience loading, testing, and troubleshooting control systems such as Extron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp.
  • Experience leading a team of Technicians ensuring AV Standards are followed.
  • Experience fabricating, terminating, and installing racks for deployment.
  • Experience providing accurate project documentation for end-users and management.
  • Experience testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various AV/VTC and low-voltage systems.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Ability to obtain a CTS Certification within the first year of employment.
  • Ability to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance is strongly desired.
