Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves managing client accounts, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The Account Executive will act as the key interface between the company and its customers, identifying their needs, proposing solutions, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify potential new clients and business opportunities. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact and handle customers' individual needs. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Solution Proposal: Analyze customers' needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to promote product offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Finalize agreements and close deals to maximize profit.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and product capabilities to ensure you can effectively compete and use detailed knowledge of the company's products and services to promote their value effectively.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues from marketing, customer service, production, and R&D to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract terms are fulfilled.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide regular reports on account status, sales progress, and quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders. Utilize CRM systems to ensure all relevant data is captured, access accurate records, and manage customer interaction effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in the industry of the company is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong sales negotiation and communication skills, including presenting and influencing key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to grasp client needs and to increase customer engagement.
  • Personality Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Strong personal drive and resilience.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and location, with potential for significant commissions based on achieving sales targets.

Work Environment:
