What we expect from you

Our firm is looking to hire an entry level, non-secretarial, administrative position, involving routine administrative work of limited scope and responsibility, but including coordinating and monitoring phases of projects and/or programs compiling information to resolve issues and problems on new lead cases. This position will perform a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, creation of hard files, facilitating medical treatment conversations in support of the day-to-day operations of the department, office, or client. The ideal candidate will speak with new clients, and then use this data to determine the best next course of medical care for that client. Responsible for handing off pertinent information to responsible parties within/outside of department. Processes paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • 1-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able think independently, analyze data, and make good decisions
  • Ability to properly manage a large caseload
