Smooth Closing in Austin, TX is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to join our growing team. As our Real Estate Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing projects from start to finish, keeping projects on time and on budget.


You must live in the Austin metro area, but you do not need to be in the office.


Compensation is on a per-project basis but should range from $50,000 to $80,000 in the first year. Join us at Smooth Closing and be part of a team that values professionalism, excellence, and teamwork in every project we undertake.

Compensation:

$80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Getting utilities turned on at each project
  • Collecting bids and overseeing any remodeling or work at each project
  • Keep organized records of any work or billing for each project
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Must have your own vehicle, as you will be visiting job sites and delivering small materials on occasion
