Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.

• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.

• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

• Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.

• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.


Requirements

• Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.

• Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).

• HVAC installation experience.

• HVAC troubleshooting experience.

• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.

• Have a valid driver's license.

• Passing a criminal background check required.

• Ability to lift 100 lbs.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Initiative and customer service skill.
