We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II/III to join our team at KBI Biopharma. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and modification of all site systems, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex issues using manuals, SOPs, specifications, and other workplace aids.
- Provide recommendations for improving maintenance procedures and techniques, and assist with system failure root cause investigations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including maintenance records, quality reports, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor the work of contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of experience as a general maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with utility systems, boilers, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Universal CFC Refrigerant License is a plus.
