As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing office administration, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Coordinate service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of service calls.
- Maintain records of service requests, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
