HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Director to join our dynamic healthcare team specializing in anesthesia practice management. The ideal candidate will spearhead our human resources initiatives, provide strategic direction and leadership to optimize HR functions in alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in support of organizational goals, driving employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations on talent management, organizational design, and culture.
- Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for top talent, including executive-level positions, implementing best practices to attract and onboard high-performing individuals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership and department heads on HR-related matters, including performance management, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting efforts, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes, promoting a culture of open communication and fairness.
- Direct the administration of employee benefits programs, partnering with external vendors to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, fostering a culture of belonging and respect.
- Mentor and develop HR staff, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS, preferably Paycom and other relevant software applications.
