The Finance Director is responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience while selling Financing and Insurance products to guests and ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete and processed appropriately.

Pay: $216,000 to $300,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including minimum guarantee, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a minimum guarantee of $72,000 per year. Commissions are expected to range from $144,000 to $228,00 per year based on performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience required.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
