We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative whose sole focus will be generating new business. This role requires someone with prior insurance experience who is independent, coachable, and ready to contribute to our growing team.

  • Base Salary: $15/hour
  • Commission: Minimum of $13,000 annually in commissions

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Initiate cold calls to identify potential clients.
  • Address client objections and concerns to overcome barriers to close sales.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.

Requirements
  • License: Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License and previous insurance experience to be considered.
  • Life & Health licensed preferred with bonus opportunity.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Must be coachable and trainable.
