Rate: $55 - $60 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

  • Transform data or project outcomes into compelling Customer Experience narratives for executive-level presentations
  • Present results in an imaginative storytelling format through PowerPoint presentations under tight deadlines and fluctuating conditions
  • Devise strategies for customer experience engagement
  • Supervise, execute, or operate new or existing programs in a corporate setting
  • Develop and implement change management strategies as needed
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and liaise with key stakeholders, including internal senior management
  • Lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy development, program/project management role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively liaise with key stakeholders, including internal senior management.
  • Effective project management skills are highly advantageous. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Smartsheet
  • Apian (preferred)
  • SharePoint (including page creation, repository management, and list creation)
  • Customer Experience Professional Association certification (CXPA) (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
