We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Consultant of Insurance Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, insurance based data, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency for our insurance clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will drive informed decision-making.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress towards business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have at least 5 years in the InsurTech or insurance industry working with SaaS/ AI/ or fraud technology-based products
  • Proven experience as a business consultant, analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with system Implementations/ Data Analytics/ Data transformation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent Presentation and Executive Engagement skills
  • Bachelor or higher level degree
