Summary:The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support to the facilities and Human Resources related to human resource needs.Qualifications:Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some College Experience Preferred
Licenses/Certification: PHR certification PreferredExperience:
  • 4 years of experience in an office environment. Experience with Human Resource Matters
Essential Functions:
  • Provides guidance and direction to Corporate Benefits Coordinators
  • Complete Workers Compensation Management
  • Assists with Policy and Procedure Creation, Modification and Review
  • Payroll Service Management.
  • Information Technology and Support Liaison with external suppliers
  • Email Administrative Management
  • Audit personnel files at facilities for compliance
  • Employee Benefits Analysis
  • Handbook Management
  • Official keeper of employee records for Home Office and Regional Supervisors
  • Attend employee meetings/ trainings, open enrollments as needed
  • Train, direct and manage PBC in the facilities
  • Provide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human Resources
  • Review facility Disciplinary and make suggestions
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of human resource practices and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.
  • Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
