Summary

The Orders Management Specialist will perform duties relating to processing orders, RMAs, and database management. The Orders Management Specialist works with the orders management team to achieve department objectives consistent with company and customer requirements. He/She is also a valuable role model for the entire organization and active contributor to Great Place To Work.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understands and adopts the Taste of Success, embracing and promoting Unox culture.
  • Answers incoming calls to assist with questions regarding POs, sales questions, pricing, configurations, and shipping and tracking information. Follows-up on open orders.
  • Answers incoming calls to assist with customer’s questions and concerns, issues tickets related to goods returns (RMA), and manages and completes the return of goods.
  • Processes purchase orders, identifies missing items, or pricing discrepancies.
  • Processes service tickets and warranty orders.
  • Maintains all customer databases, main registries, and archives of sales contracts to ensure all agreements are current and up to date.
  • Keeps accurate and orderly records of all incoming and outgoing orders, along with accompanying documentation. Reports all order discrepancies or issues to appropriate department.
  • Communicates with dealers, Active Marketing Chefs, Reps, and internal teams on orders, service tickets, warranty orders, and freight quotes.
  • Processes all aspects of returns; generates RMA’s, investigates reason for return, creates return delivery, processes replacement order, forwards generated documents, and coordinates with the shipping department. Works with assembly and warehouse to ensure returned items are accurate and in expected conditions. Processes credit and debit notes.
  • Works with the Accounting department to communicate orders overrun credits; investigates orders, and possible discrepancies.
  • Creates partners in SAP, including ship to and sold to parties.
  • Manages new and existing dealers, including forms and agreements.
  • Manages consignment orders, creation, return, and sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
