We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing firm. This position requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The job will focus on building your book of business in an area of your choice for leasing and/or sales of investment properties.
This position is commission only and you will be coached for success in the first 8 weeks. With commission comes income growth plus you’ll be supported every step of the way by continuous mentoring and coaching.

Compensation:$125,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
- Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
- Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
- Some knowledge of marketing and advertising
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language
- Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Must be comfortable cold-calling
