Responsibilities:

  1. Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage and manage media inquiries effectively.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  3. Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with our community, including responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and managing online communities.
  4. Event Promotion: Coordinate communication efforts to promote events, webinars, conferences, and other initiatives both online and offline.
  5. Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across departments.
  6. Crisis Communication: Assist in developing and implementing crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively manage and mitigate reputational risks.
