Primary function is to build a culture of Centerra One. This role will also attract, select, train and retain a highly capable team of field salespeople who represent Centerra Cooperative within their respective business units of agronomy, energy, feed and grain. Purpose includes setting sales expectations, providing necessary resources to meet expectations and the execution of functions/processes that support Centerra business objectives.

Analyze issues and use sound judgment while thinking strategically. Expected to maintain high levels of integrity and ethics - responsible for maintaining confidential information.
