Are you detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy and efficiency? Style Netbox is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our administrative operations.

About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data in our systems. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and organization of our data, contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, and correct them when necessary.
  • Maintain data integrity by following company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and file digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with generating reports and compiling data as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
