About the Role: As a Data Entry Clerk at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our data, supporting our creative and strategic efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into company databases and software.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
