In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our company database. Position Overview:


As a Data Entry Customer Service at Web Craft Stylers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating data accurately. If you possess strong data entry skills and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company database
  • Verify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow company data entry procedures and protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
