Air Comm is a well-established two-way radio and wireless communications service provider in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We need a Technician to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communication, BDA/DAS, and camera/access control systems for our customers in the Phoenix area. The radio systems are primarily Motorola MOTOTRBO, but can be any make/model. This position lends itself to a detail oriented and hands on type person such as an IT specialist looking for a career change or former Military electronics/satcom/commo folks. The RF world is highly niche and Motorola Solutions owns a significant portion of the market.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Air Comm at our headquarters in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with business partners to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, product and service materials, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC, to drive traffic, leads, and sales.

  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform marketing efforts.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, and social media analytics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.

  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility.

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and promoting events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.

  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key marketing metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, and social media management tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.

  • Knowledge of website management and optimization (e.g., WordPress).
