Position Overview:
Petro Papa is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee and enhance branding initiatives, organize distributor events, and manage customer engagement activities while ensuring the corporate image remains current and appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for branding and imaging contractors, ensuring effective communication with internal sales and branding teams regarding project updates.
- Support the administration of the Brand Excellence program, collaborating with vendors and the sales team to uphold high brand standards and optimize consumer experiences.
- Manage the fiberglass Dino program, including tasks such as ordering, trademark verification, invoicing, shipping, and installation.
- Undertake special projects or assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field and PMP certification.

Essential Skills:
- Ability to handle a variety of complex tasks within the marketing department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong multitasking capabilities.
- Competence in resolving conflicts related to product specifications, logistical challenges, and customer service issues.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities across various departments and third-party locations.
- Advanced reading and writing skills, with the capability to perform intricate mathematical calculations.

Work Environment:
- Office-based position with an expected travel requirement of 15-20% by land and air, subject to varying weather and road conditions.
