$125,000 plus
Responsibilities:- Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
- Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision
- Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements
- Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
- Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
- Originate Mortgage Loans: Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and guide them through the mortgage loan process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other industry professionals.
- Loan Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulations and company policies.
- Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
- Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Exceptional decision-making ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, and superb interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Understanding of loan originator software such as Encompass, Blend
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a similar role.
- Licensing: Active NMLS license.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in mortgage software and MS Office.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mortgage loan products, underwriting processes, and real estate market trends.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive client experience.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
