Job Role

ProgenyHealth is seeking a Production Support Analyst - Interoperability. You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the data integration and interoperability solutions that connect various healthcare systems. You will ensure the smooth operation of these systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Your role is critical in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of data flows that underpin our healthcare services.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to data integrations, including data flow disruptions, mapping errors, and connectivity problems. Prioritize customer issues properly and communicate updates as appropriate.
  • Incident Management: Log, prioritize, and manage incidents quickly and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify patterns and escalate opportunities to improve data quality, system performance, automation of monitoring and support processes, and overall service delivery.
  • Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements related to new client implementations. Provide a successful handoff of refined requirements and specifications to the development team for execution. Create user stories and tasks from requirements and track development progress.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform data integration testing for new client implementations (e.g., refine test case scenarios, enter test case data, troubleshoot and log results).
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an integration analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry or with data integration systems. Experience with X12 authorization and claims file standards and practices is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Solid experience with and understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., x12, HL7), data integration platforms, and associated troubleshooting tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service and support, with a proactive and responsive approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different departments and functions.
  • Strong communication skills working across business functions (Software Development, Clinical, IT, Client Services, etc.).
  • Organized with a keen eye for detail. Efficiently collects, organizes, and analyzes data when designing, coding, and testing solutions in support of development goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, issues, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent listening, critical thinking, written and verbal skills.
  • Works independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience working in a professional environment with clinical managed care concepts, practices and procedures preferred.
