Our best Commercial Drywall client in the Reno, NV market Is looking ot add a solid Drywall Estimator because of GROWTH.

The Drywall Estimator will be a critical part of our team, providing accurate estimates for drywall projects in both commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of drywall, acoustical ceilings, commercial construction, and quantity takeoffs, with experience using PlanGrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate drywall estimates using Quick BId OST for commercial projects.
  • Assess labor and material requirements for each project.
  • Ensure all projects are accurately estimated time and budget.
  • Evaluate plans and specifications and identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of all drywall estimating activities.
  • Provide feedback and updates to relevant project teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in drywall estimation.
  • Proficient in acoustical ceilings, commercial construction, and quantity takeoffs.
  • Extensive experience using PlanGrid.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
