  • Create spot-on cost estimates that set us apart from the competition.
  • Dive deep into subcontractor and supplier bids to find the best deals.
  • Perform detailed takeoffs, ensuring every material, labor hour, and piece of equipment is accounted for.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to refine estimates and secure projects.
  • Use historical data to stay ahead of the curve and set new benchmarks.
  • Hunt for value engineering opportunities that deliver savings without cutting corners.
  • Champion competitive pricing by engaging with top subcontractors and suppliers.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Master at reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and industry codes.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills that build strong relationships.
  • Independent, driven, and able to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a major plus.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience estimating commercial or multi-family construction projects worth $1M - $20M.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam, with exceptional math skills to back it up.
