Key Responsibilities:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:
  • Analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and preparing precise cost estimates and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) for commercial and multi-family construction projects, including quantity take-offs, item scheduling, pricing, and preliminary assessments.
  • Establishing the basis of estimate with a level of detail that aligns with the project's scale and complexity.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in commercial and/or multi-family construction estimating for projects ranging from $1M to $20M.
  • At least 5 years of experience in negotiating pricing, scopes, materials, and other project elements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar software is preferred.
