SUMMARY:

Guardian Agriculture is in search of an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Co-op /Intern to help with the team in variety of tasks. What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes for robotics products.
  • Assist in updating documentation related to manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Manage builds and assembly processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Design tests to validate the performance and reliability of robotics components and systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, production, and quality assurance to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Apply engineering fundamentals to solve technical challenges and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong appetite for learning and a proactive approach to executing tasks.
  • Embrace a hands-on approach to learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

To Be Successful You Will Have:
 

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) at an accredited college or university.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to manufacturing engineering is a plus.
