Guardian Agriculture is in search of an experienced Manufacturing Engineer Co-op /Intern to help with the team in variety of tasks. What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to develop and improve manufacturing processes for robotics products.
- Assist in updating documentation related to manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage builds and assembly processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the production lifecycle.
- Design tests to validate the performance and reliability of robotics components and systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, production, and quality assurance to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Apply engineering fundamentals to solve technical challenges and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong appetite for learning and a proactive approach to executing tasks.
- Embrace a hands-on approach to learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) at an accredited college or university.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience or coursework related to manufacturing engineering is a plus.
