Responsibilities
  • Manage deliveries as they arrive to the warehouse
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked in and recorded
  • Manage inventory of supplies in the warehouse and the installation vehicles
  • Schedule installations with customers and installers
  • Ensure daily schedules/appointments are understood and kept
  • Review schedules and adjust calendars as necessary
  • Ensure that the proper paperwork is available on installation day
  • Continually look for ways to improve our processes and our customers experience
  • Update Sampling for the salespeople and order new samples as needed
  • Manage communications with suppliers and shipping companies
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Operations, retail, and/or management experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and articulately orally and in writing
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Positive and friendly demeanor toward every customer and colleague
  • Computer and technology skills with a focus on Microsoft Office and Google Drive
