Job Description:
  • Project initiation and planning, Agile transformation, backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint execution, review and retrospective, change management, project reporting and metrics, risk management, continuous improvement, project closure.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, project management, strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • PMI or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Acting as a central point of communication between the development team, product owner, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Effectively communicating project status, risks, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging open communication and information sharing within the team

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience as a project manager with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Agile project management tools proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
