We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Clinical Director to join our team. As a Residential Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff, fostering a supportive and safe environment.


Job Summary

The Clinical Director will provide inclusive leadership to their assigned location(s) with a primary focus on providing oversight of all therapeutic services to youth and their families within the acute hospital and/or residential program. The Clinical Director will work in concert with the Psychiatry and Utilization Review departments to ensure that the treatment team convenes both regularly and efficiently. The position will be responsible for assisting staff with providing evidence-based treatment to children and families and the practical application of trauma-informed care. This position may provide some therapy services and will (along with the Executive Director or assigned Site Leader) be responsible for community outreach and referral development


Education:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy) from an accredited institution.


Licensure/Certification:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Additionally, a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.


Experience:

One to three years of experience in supervising others in a mental health setting. Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, navigating an electronic health record (EHR)Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
