As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring, following up with potential customer inquiries received via the internet, phone. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required. If you have experience as an appointment setter and/or call center experience, we'd love to hear from you
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or text)
- Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives.
- Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus
- Sales experience is a plus, NOT required
- Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
