Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional greetings to all customers upon arrival, introducing them to a service advisor as needed.
  • Direct customers through the service lane, maintaining a smooth flow and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform thorough check-in and check-out procedures for all service vehicles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot while they are paying for service, removing seat and floor covers as required.
  • Remove vehicles from the service drive and move them to designated parking areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure the service drive and parking area are clean, neat, and free of debris or trash, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist with snow removal from the dealership lot as needed, demonstrating a strong focus on vehicle safety.
  • Exhibit a strong focus on vehicle safety at all times, following all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Immediately report any accidents or incidents to a manager, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
  • Complete assignments in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues or questions to appropriate managers or team members as needed.
  • Report any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers, or employees to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the dealership's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Be team-oriented, with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record, with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
