As the home to the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency program, our clinic offers a varying patient population, a focus on education and teaching, and an emphasis on whole-patient care with the personal touch.

Position Description:

The Registration Specialist is the friendly face of our organization for our patients. You will greet and register incoming patients and collect/verify demographic and insurance information with a high degree of accuracy; check-out patients and schedule follow up appointments. You will help ensure the reception area is running smoothly and efficiently. You will assist patients with very basic billing inquiries, as well as have the full support and back up of an on-site billing department.

Pay:
Starting at $18/hr

Skills/Qualifications:
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a critical. Must be able to work on multiple projects, with interruptions and able to prioritize. Excellent computer skills and a self-starter with inititiave and follow through. High school diploma or equivalent.
