We are currently in search of a full-time Patient Registration Specialist for our facility. This position is essential in facilitating patient check-in and check-out processes, while also maintaining precise record-keeping and managing payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Gather and verify patient information accurately
  • Process payments and ensure charge reconciliation
  • Confirm account balances
  • Maintain records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Organize and prepare patient charts

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, basic arithmetic, office machinery, effective communication, and organizational abilities
