Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Inbound Calls: Efficiently manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries and offering appropriate advice. Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that best suit each client's requirements. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client policies by offering additional coverage. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess an active Michigan Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations by providing tailored insurance solutions.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to carefully assess client needs and provide accurate and suitable insurance recommendations.
