Health and Wellness Sales Rep Role
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly and motivated Hyper Wellness Sales Rep to add to our growing family of studios. The Hyper Wellness Sales Rep is the first person our clients meet when they enter and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to each guest who comes through our door. Hyper Wellness Sales Reps are responsible for bringing new members into Restore, while simultaneously helping them maximize their health, wellness, and recovery by experiencing all of our cutting-edge modalities.

Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities

  • Explaining and educating potential customers on modalities, providing service tours, selling packages & memberships.
  • Upselling clients on services and packages that will help the customers health and wellness.
  • Booking, rescheduling and canceling appointments.
  • On-board new clients, obtain waivers and create Client Profiles in our POS.
  • Checking-in and retailing out customer sessions on our POS. 
  • Greeting customers and ushering them to their service of choice and continually educating the customers on all modalities.
  • Administering all non-medical and non-specialty services. 
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with every client.
  • Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer to clients to support and enhance their goals.
  • Executing opening and closing duties.
  • When not with clients, assisting in other store operations: maintaining store cleanliness, maintaining laundry upkeep, assisting in customer lead reach out, assist in community outreach, assist in creating store events, and assist in social media efforts. 

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements
  • Experience, and comfort with, selling packages and memberships to potential customers.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends.
