Your Role: As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant you will be the face of our organization - providing a world class level of excellent service to our discerning clientele. We are looking for an outgoing, organized, self-starter with the initiative to problem solve, and address our needs proactively. We seek an individual with more than just financial acumen - we are looking for someone with a friendly demeanor, an analytical outlook, and a strong desire to excel in the world of Financial Services.

Qualifications and Skills - To be considered for this position the candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience with MS. Office (Comfortable with the daily use of basic Excel and Word).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to clearly communicate intent, plans, statuses, issues and resolutions to relevant internal teams.
  • Professional, confident, and positive demeanor.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Communications preferred)
