We are seeking focused, driven professionals looking to grow their career in sales. In this role, you will be provided the guidance and training needed to become a technology sales expert. You will be responsible for generating new MSP client meetings for the MSP Sales team. Managed Services Providers (MSP) are independent businesses that remotely manage customers information technology infrastructure and end user systems. MSP-SDRs average 50 outbound calls a day to schedule key appointments in target companies.

As a member of the Sales Team and US Signal, you will join a dedicated team partnering with Sales to create new selling opportunities in key targeted accounts. MSP-SDRs are rewarded for their success in setting up key meetings for the MSP Sales team.

Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Target customers and deliver increased sales opportunities.
  • Cold call at least 50 target customers per day within the MSP community.
  • Perform follow-up calls and emails to prospects as necessary to secure appointments.
  • Generate interest from top executives in target accounts.
  • Partner with sales to create a plan to target prospective clients to consistently exceed quota.
  • Track sales activity in Salesforce and other sales automation tools
  • Create sales opportunities and schedule meetings with key executives.
  • Help achieve team revenue goals and objectives (as defined by Management).
  • Produce specific (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) detailed activity reports as necessary.
  • Other projects as assigned by US Signal Management.

Education:

BS or BA degree in Business is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service, preferably IT related is desirable.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This position operates in a variety of environments. The majority of the time is spent in a professional office environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment.
